Why do I need to fill out the application when everything is in my resume?

Utilizing an employment application standardizes the information candidates provide when applying for a position. It protects the candidate from accidentally providing illegal information, such as photos, birth dates, and marital status. It also ensures that candidates understand how their information will be used, how to claim Veterans’ preference, and authorize that all information provided is correct.

When will I hear back on my application?

All candidates should receive confirmation receipt of their application within 2-3 business days of submittal.
